1. Printer Appearance and Parameters:
This Multifunctional /Gold Foil UV DTF Printer has an updated appearance. It uses a color combination of light gray and dark gray, which looks very high - end and elegant.
The maximum printing width is 30 centimeters. It is equipped with 4 Epson TX800 print heads and can print 8 colors: C, M, Y, K, W, ordinary varnish, gold varnish, and Glue.
Print head 1 prints Glue.

Print head 4 has 6 channels, with 2 for printing ordinary varnish and 4 for printing gold varnish.

2. Gold/Silver UV DTF film sticker Printing Process:

After getting ready, click "Print" on the printing software to start printing.
The 4 print heads print adhesive, white ink, color ink, varnish, and gold - stamping varnish in sequence.

After the pattern is printed, the next step is to cover the gold film. We have placed the gold film on the roller in advance. As the roller rotates, the gold film tightly covers the gold stamping varnish.

The last step is to cut out the required gold stamping pattern, and then use a laminator to cover it with the adhesive - coated B - film, and it's done.

The printing process for silver UV DTF film sticker is the same. Just replace the gold film with a silver film.
3. Ordinary UV DTF film sticker Printing Process:
We place the ordinary A film with adhesive in a special position at the back of the machine in advance, and place the B film without adhesive on the roller in front of the machine.
Import the pattern to be printed into the computer.
Then, place the ordinary A film with adhesive on the suction platform. After getting ready, click "Print" on the printing software to start printing.
Since the gold stamping channel is not set, the machine will only print patterns with white, color, and varnish.
After the pattern is printed, as the roller rotates, the B film tightly covers the A film with the printed pattern. And just like that, the ordinary UV DTF film sticker is completed.
