1. The A3 UV DTF printer has a maximum printing size of 30 * 50 centimeters.
We've equipped it with 2 Epson xp600 printheads and it can print 7 colors: C, M, Y, K, White, Varnish, gold varnish.
2. Our A3 UV printer is super powerful and has five functions.
Function One: Printing all flat materials
Put the flat materials to be printed on the machine, import the pictures to be printed, and then you can start printing.
Do you like the printing effect?
It can print out the embossed relief effect and the varnish effect.
For transparent materials, it can also print the color-white-color effect.
It can print on mobile phone cases, glass, ceramic tiles, acrylic, canvases, leather, wood and so on.
It can meet your personalized customization and printing needs for various daily gifts, stationery, packaging, advertising decoration and so on.
Function Two: camera visual positioning function
If you need to print small items, you can choose to add a camera visual positioning function (for $1000).
1. Randomly place the items to be printed on the printing platform.
2. The camera will automatically scan and identify the printed items on the platform.
3. Import the pattern to be printed and align it with the printed item. We only need to manually align the pattern to be printed with one item, and the rest will be automatically matched and aligned.
4. Start printing.
5. Well, it's done. Look at the effect. The printing error is small and very precise. Do you like it?
Besides batch printing items with the same pattern and the same size, it can also print items with different sizes and different patterns at the same time.
This camera visual positioning function can save the time of placing products one by one and greatly improve the printing efficiency.
Function Three: UV DTF Film Sticker printing.
Let me demonstrate the whole process for you:
1. First, print on this UV DTF FILM A.
Do you see the effect? The colors are very bright, and there's a shiny varnish effect. You can also see the embossed three-dimensional effect.
2. After printing, pass it through the laminating machine and cover it with FILM B.
3. Then cut out the pattern you need, tear off FILM A, and stick it on any item or material you want to stick it on (generally except clothes).
4. Let's try sticking it on this helmet. After sticking it on, press it and then tear off B film.
5. Well, do you see the effect? It's perfect.
Besides ordinary UV DTF Film Sticker, we can also print color-white-color double-sided UV DTF Film Sticker with patterns on both sides. Stick them on transparent glass bottles, and you can see the patterns on both the front and back sides. We can also make such golden or silver UV DTF Film Sticker. Function Four: Printing Gold foil hot stamping effect
When introducing Function One just now, I mentioned that our UV printing can be directly printed on all flat item materials. Besides that, we can also print out such a Gold foil hot stamping effect. Do you know how it's done?
Step One: Import the picture to be printed into the software. For the parts that need to be printed in gold, make special printing channels. These parts will be printed with our gold varnish later.
Step Two: After the pattern is ready, put the printing plate on the platform and start printing directly. At this time, the gold varnish will be printed on the parts that need gold.
Step Three: For the printed plate, pass it through the hot laminating machine and cover the golden film on the parts where the gold varnish was printed just now at a high temperature of 80 degrees.
Step Four: Finally, tear off the golden film from the plate, and then the gold color on the golden film will remain on the parts we need. The hot stamping effect on the whole flat material is completed in this way.

Function Five: Printing cylindrical materials
Add a cylindrical fixture, and then you can print cylindrical materials.
